The court granted bail to Rozina Islam, a senior reporter of the daily Prothom Alo, in a case filed under the Official Secrets Act. On Sunday (May 23), Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Baki Billah's virtual court granted him bail.

On the same day, lawyers Ehsanul Haque Samaji, Aminul Gani Titu, Jyotirmoy Barua, Prashant Kumar Karmakar, and Ashraful Alam appeared for Rozina.
